First teased in a comic distributed on Free Comic Day, the Tamagotchi Paradise has been officially revealed as the next Tamagotchi device following the Tamagotchi Uni. They feature color screens, the ability to connect with other devices and a unique twistable knob at the top. It will be released on July 12 and retail for a MSRP of $44.99!

The Tamagotchi Paradise will launch in three colors: Pink Land, Purple Sky and Blue Water. They will start in their respective “Tama Fields”, Land, Sky and Water, although the other fields will be able to be unlocked regardless of the shell through gameplay.

According to the product description, the Tamagotchi Paradise features:

- Develop your Tamagotchi character in the 3 “Tama Fields” – “Land”, “Water” or “Sky”! This Purple Sky device starts from “Sky” and has a pretty purple and pink shell. As you nurture your character, the other lands will unlock!
The devices also return to replaceable batteries, requiring two AAA batteries.
Get a free Tamaverse Ticket for the Tamagotchi Uni
The latest Tamagotchi device before the Tamagotchi Paradise, the Tamagotchi Uni, will be getting a free “Tamagotchi Lab” Tamaverse Ticket which will give an early look at the world of Tamagotchi Paradise. It will be available in the Tamaverse Ticket Shop from July 3.
Tamaverse Tickets allow the Tamagotchi Uni to add a new area which generally includes new items, a mini-game and more. Only one additional downloadable area can be active on the device at a time.
